What are team paced pathways?

Team paced pathways is a Blended Learning model of Professional Learning. Valuing teachers means valuing the complexity of their schedules. With our pathways, you pick when and where you want to engage with each week’s learning.

What makes this unique?

Aside from having agency over your when and where, we also engage with your need for personal reflection with a bespoke portfolio that has templates you can use as a learner and as a teacher. We connect with the broader cohort through our Shifting School’s Slack Workspace. You can pick and choose which conversations you want to join, or you can learn to use this communication hub as a prospective tool to bring back to your team.

What if I need more direct help throughout my learning?

We host optional office hours and we also have a special direct line of support through our Slack group. We also provide a ‘facilitator’s guide’ for those who want to extend their thinking to an in person meeting with peers who are not a part of the pathway.
